14th WEST PAPUA INDEPENDENCE DAY, OCTOBER 19, 2011-OCTOBER 19,2025
De facto in accordance with the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, 26 December 1933/ Monetfideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, 26 December 1933 became the basis for the formation of new countries throughout the world including the Federal Republic of West Papua (FRWP) at the Third Papuan People's Congress on 17-19 October 2011 in Jayapura, the capital state of West Papua.
De Jure in accordance with the UN Charter of January 1, 1942, in Diplomacy and International Lobby from 2012-2015 the FRWP has been accepted into the agenda of the Pacific Islands Forum (PIF), and from 2015 - December 2019 the FRWP has been accepted into the agenda of the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group States of 79 countries.
On October 23, 2015, the UN
Security Council / UN Security Council confirmed that West Papua is not part of
Indonesia, and on February 7, 2025 the UN General Assembly confirmed the same
thing to the FRWP, which means that the FRWP has entered the UN agenda, and

THE UN SECURITY COUNCIL TO MEDIATE international HIGH-LEVEL NEGOTIATION
The United Nations Security Council to mediate International high-level Negotiations between Officials of the State of Indonesia and the State of West Papua in New York, like the New York Agreement on West New Guinea/Papua on 15 August 1962. d
Noting that the State of Indonesia does not lawfully exercise sovereignty over the islands of the Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua, and to the Memo of October 25, 1950, to the Far Eastern Commission clarifying and invoking Article 73 of the UN Charter for non-self-governing territories entitled to self-determination.
We are running the Political Structure of the Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua throughout the entire land of West Papua and will take over the power from Indonesia gradually.
An orderly and Peaceful transition and transfer of power from the state of Indonesia to the State of West Papua, which shall be carried out under the auspices of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force.
ERADICATION OF COLONIALISM IN west papua
Indonesia thinks big of being generous together with the United Nations will Grant West Papua independence as a part of respecting and upholding the United Nations Charter and Preamble of Indonesian First Paragraph of the 1945 Constitution that " All Colonialism Must Be Abolished in This World as It is not Conformity with Humanity and Justice", BUT Indonesia undermined Its Preamble with Colonized West Papua in Pacific Region and strongly supported and recognized Independence of Palestine State in the Middle East. Indonesia also must learn more about it mistakes since the independence of East Timor from Indonesia in 1999, and IF the same things happen to West Papua in the future, colonialism was a mistake in West Papua.

THE UNITED NATIONS RECOGNIZED WEST PAPUA IS NOT PART OF INDONESIA
The circumstances of some countries are such that, in order to give as much economic and social data as is feasible, statistics must be published concerning certain parts of the country, as well as in respect of the entire country. Examples of such countries are Indonesia, where West Irian is distinguished, Malaysia, where Sa.bah, Sarawak, and West Malaysia are given separately, Morocco, which is distinguished, and the United Kingdom, where England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland are given separately. This practice is followed because of the differences between the parts of these countries in the extent to which statistics are available.
As this is the situation in the case of the People's Republic of China, the Secretariat proposes that under the heading of "China, People's Republic", there should appear indented "Taiwan", China, People's Republic of Taiwan.

Foreign Minister Luns opened the conversation, saying that he had explained the Dutch viewpoint to President Sukarno. He said there had been a steady deterioration of relations between the Netherlands and Indonesia as Sukarno had more and more grabbed power in that country. Now, there was no Parliament in Indonesia and no government. The free press had also disappeared and Indonesia today is very comparable to Cuba. etc......
Luns said that the Indonesians had claimed West New Guinea/ West Papua as part of their territory only two years after the Round Table Conference on 23-8-2-11 1949 in the Huge. The Netherlands recognized the independence of Indonesia from Sabang to Amboina. Sukarno undermined the UN Charter and the Round Table Conference by claiming West New Guinea/ West Papua as its territory. West Papua is distinguished from Indonesia in culture and race as a Melanesia group and not Malay.
WEST PAPUA on agenda MSG AND Pif
May 14, 2024, The Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua (EGFRWP) is a sole legitimate and representative of Papuan Peoples and Nation. Leaders of the Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG) and PIF clarified that the ULMWP is not a country to represent the people of West Papua, and needs to proffer unification / or queue up with us.
May 8, 2024: While Prime Minister (PM) Vanuatu Mr. Charlot Salwai is engaging with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and State Law Office on the historical demand for West Papua freedom, he said the question that needs to be clarified is that the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) is a political organisation and not a country to represent the people of West Papua.
Vanuatu's Founding Father and First Prime Minister, Walker Lini, that "The Pacific will not be Free Unless All Colonized territories, Including West Papua is Free".
PREPARATION OF WEST PAPUA FOR GAINING ITS INDEPENDENCE
On April 27, 2024 Officially Officials of the Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua are established of the Central Bank of Papua (CBP) with other Operational Banks.
WEST PAPUA PASSPORT
In April 2024, Customization of World Passports for West Papua to pages 6 and/or 7. We will arrange a West Papua Passport or West Papua Lasissez-Passer under the United Nations. We will establish West Papua immigration Offices from Central to 10 Provinces and will arrange and control the Citizenship of Papua and Foreigners under World Government Passports.
